Craig: Not quite right. There is the little problem of "NO" profits!!! That is and probably has been the bone of contention (whatever that means). No sales, no earnings, and just some very fresh capital. I imagine there is a very careful review of contracts and contacts being made by the review committee at NASDAQ. With all the internet hype of so many companies, SPAMMING, they must be uptight about granting exemptions .
