There also may be limits set by the SEC, but I don't really know about that. With your posts tonight, that's not all you don't know about. For example, Dell has already publicly commented on the recent sale by MSD. But I suspect you already knew that. Further, MSD holds almost 400M shares. If I was in his shoes, I would have diversified long ago. But I'm not in his shoes. He is. And he's a much smarter businessman than I could ever be. Unless your interest in Dell just started today, the most charitable assumption about your "not so innocent" queries is that perhaps you're a complete novice at investing as well as being both naive and gullible. The less charitable assumption is that you lack sufficient intelligence to realize that there's no hope in hell your nonsense will lead to the sale of 1 share by any reader of this thread. In any case, I've read the last post by you for this lifetime. I've seen how much value you're able to contribute. Ian.
