Daniel thanks for correcting the mistake the 262 mil was with a price of 200. I reduced the number thinking phone prices would come down in the next year, but forgot to cut and paste from the spreadsheet. Of course ASIC prices will come down as well. This kind of speculation is more of a mental exercise and what if stuff. I think the only number that we can count on is the 15.3 million in ASIC sales next quarter or close to it. That in itself is enough to give me pause and think screaming growth is finally here for the Q.
The other important remark from the report is that margins are improving. Has anyone calculated this and what kind of margins can we expect going forward. For this company to become a true INTC or MSFT Gorilla it will have to have similar net margins. I believe MSFT runs around 25%.
