Joe:

Correct...assuming your broker follows the rules...I believe many don't.

Regardless, I believe the question doesn't apply in the case of MDIN as most of the shorting has been offshore, naked shorting.

My feelings are that we're rapidly approaching the end game. I believe MDIN has terrific properties and they will be validated by terrific assays.

Some time soon the naked shorts will realize they've lost and will turn to cover. My guess is they'll need to cover somewhere between 20 to 60MM shares.

We will all know when they cover based on the price movement and volume. When they do, I invite all of you to add significantly to your positions and let the shorts fight over some more expensive stock.

Cheers,

KMT

Hey Joe (sorry I had to do it)

I've heard so many different versions/ideas/stories concerning that I had decided for myself that if they want to use your shares they will. period.
How would you ever find out unless you had the means to suck the information out of the beasts brain and it's harddrive. It's just part of the BS that has the cards stacked against us little guys. Remember they have been playing this game for along time and they made the rules. <eom>

Joe, you are correct. If your shares are in your cash account, they cannot be loaned for shorting. But the reason you should register at least half of your shares is that as soon as all the shares that have been issued are registered, then someone is going to have some 'splaining to do. If we all were to register our shares, it would serve to accelerate this coming short squeeze which we are all hoping to see. --Coz
