If someone is selling, then someone is buying. Who has access to the identification of the "someone's" ?

WB, no offense, but do you understand how a market for a particular stock is made?

Here is a good site to track buys and sells, along with vol.
It is on a 20-min. delay, however. Just type in your security in the box and press enter. I hope this helps.
