Were not late... Heres proof... I've checked out the listing times for only a few recent listings from nasdaq and the time to market says it can be any day. Were not late by any means, maybe a bit longer than some but we don't know all the specifics they are up against. Look at Accredo Health it took them around 6 months. I would think that is long, were just about right.
