Easy. Go to the Edgar web site at:

sec.gov

Type in NetPerceptions. Hit return. Scroll down to the S-1/A that was filed on April 15, 1999. Click. After it loads, scroll down to the "Principal Shareholder" list; in this case it is located on page 59. Enjoy.

Ken:

The easiest way I've found to do it is to go here....

ostman.com

...for a list of all recent IPO filings

Click on a company name to get info specific to their IPO.

Then click on "Shareholders" to be taken directly to the "Security Ownership of Certain Beneficial Owners and Management" section of the S-1.

A real time saver since you don't have to wait for the entire document to load.
