Opala, o.k. I agree. Do it by Internet and save a stamp! I think we can get a million no votes and perhaps more! This would get management to take notice. I think management is excellent. While I hate the floorless convertibles financing is a much more difficult proposition than many of us would care to admit. Even junk bonds embodied the probability of being able to meet the high interest rates involved. Startup biotechs could not even qualify to issue them. Selling calls, which I proposed to XOMA, sounds good but it is not that easy to find find buyers interested in 4 or 5 dollars million every few months.

Remember the NO vote can work, it is symbolic only in that there is no chance it would be a majority, I can assure you it will irritate management. They will not like it. And if it is a significant no vote it may well give management the backbone to tell any future DSMB to stick to the science and keep their noses out of what needs to be disclosed to shareholders. Also to begin to eliminate the need to hold back information from shareholders while waiting for a meeting two months away.
