I wish I knew. We had that large drop last week and then Monday was a killer. I have been trying to monitor the trading and I'd swear that someone is accumulating this in a big way. Late afternoon today a case in point. Many 10K and 25K blocks. Go look at the last several trades after the bell. Three 25K blocks in succession at increasing prices (1/8, 1/4, 5/16). Today was not the only day I have seen this happening. I think USWB would have already made a run if it were not for the general market. As long as the market cooperates I think USWB is getting ready to uncoil upwards. I would be surprised if we didnt have a nice up day tomorrow.
