David, liked your analysis of the coming month and news around the 15th. I expect an announcement of the GE conversion as soon as tomorrow or thursday. I too bought more MSGI today at $22.625! I suspect this stock is being manipulated right now because of the incredibly small float. Shorts look for small floats and try and scare individuals out of stocks like MSGI. I estimate with the recent filings by the insiders there is about a 5mm share float. When our favorite company gets the NMS appointment in MAY a lot of these problems will go away. And as for where I see the stock Austin, With GE's conversion, possible news in May surrounding Ed Mullins and the finalization of the CMGI deal. I'd say $45-$50. However when they make their first acquisition under EM as president of MSGI you can look for this stock to see $80 to $100 and announcing a split of some kind. I believe these steps are already in play and will all be released within 3 to 6 months possibly sooner. The smart move would be to announce some kind of acquisition around or about the time that MSGI was placed on the NASDAQ NMS, therefor giving the institutions and the Wall Street firms all the more reason to come calling. If we're fortunate enough to get some of these events soon, then I see there being no looking back at the days when any of us remember seeing this stock below it's 52 week high of $60 a share. Austin was right about the recent insider selling. The majority of those selling their stock are individuals that had cost basis of less than $2 and incomes of under 100k! They were millionaires in basically few weeks time. I'm sure if we check most didn't sell all of their shares and the ones that did just wanted to have some security. If you'll look at the names and ages of the majority of MSGI's Board of Directors, you'll find their mostly older folks that have been getting stock for their work in lue of salary. i veiw this also as a fantastic characteristic for our stock, simply because these folks will be looking to maximize shareholder value at all cost simply because they see this stock as their big shot to make enormous amounts of wealth just before they retire. If a much larger internet company were to call MSGI and want to offer them cash or stock for a merger, the board members would want to listen! Don't think their not already getting called. as soon as they climbed in bed with CMGI and David W, they basically put themselves on everyones radar! What MSGI will do to increase shareholder value is similar to what CMGI did, acquire privately held companies with good management. Think about the internet IPO markets lateley. Buying privately held companies is like stealing IPO's that would have otherwise tripled or quadrupled in their first day of trading. Take a look at just a few of the recent high flying internet IPO's, what are their annual revenues and where are their stock prices. If MSGI makes an acquisition that can add 100mm to 150mm to their revenues annually we will fly through $100 like CMGI did and never look back. Yes... I bought this afternoon and I'll keep buying on weakness if the shorts want play with this one I'm afraid they will be hit by a train they never heard coming! serves em right !!! Good Luck! Finally
