Thanks for the great post. It was getting quit around here,I guess we will have to let the lawyers do their thing .We all know how lawyers are . There was a lot of volume today .Are people stock piling? Terry

Jeez Ray you forgot to mention that they have to issue 185,000,000 shares to CDplus.com.to pay for the deal. Yes, that is right 185 million shares, I would be real cautious with this one. Once everyone notices the dilution the question becomes how do you issue that many shares without destroying the price. Later Keith
