Too bad you turned out to be right. I was fooled (by the recent up turn in the Russell 2000) to think that interest might be returning to the smaller stocks. Otherwise, I would have figured no one would be listening to what the company said and that the stock would fall today. Oh well, the short lived dreams of positive thoughts were fun while they lasted.

For what it is worth, based on what the company said yesterday, they should easily beat the estimates for the 4th quarter. My estimates are looking for $0.50 to $0.52. The street numbers for next year also seem very beatable! If revenues come in around $130 million and GP% hits around 57%, SG&A and R&D expenses decline as a percentage of sales, the company pays off the short term debt and the tax rate is around 38%, I think EPS could reach the $2.45 to $2.50 area. Looks like the looking forward aspects of the market only applies to the big stocks. For the small stocks, only actuals count.

Take care my friend, see you in the second week of August.
