Good points here, and I agree with you. (ELOT) Really does not need to be concerned about Interstate ticket selling because like you said there are huge markets like CA, and those multi-state Powerball games, etc, etc. This is a completely speculative investment but these guys ar very aggressive and serious. I am looking for terrific news soon (imo).
