I guess today's action (or lack of it) answered my question 'does the company feel that the stock is undervalued'? Perhaps they will wait until the stock is closer to book value before doing more than paying lip service to the buyback?? Sorry , I just don't trust this management team. Ever since they pleaded ignorance as to why the stock had dropped drastically one day...and then just a few days later pre-announced, I have been suspicious of everything they say. Remember that, about two years ago?? The authorization of the buyback and actually buying back stock are two different things. This company has been talking about buying back stock for years and years. Now they have the authorization, yet they don't seem to think it is a good buy at 8?? What's up with that?? For all of the long timers here, I hope I am wrong about my suspicions. Good luck, FF P.S. Still waiting for that buy signal from management. If they don't think 8 is a good buy, why should I??
