Well. I have suspected as much would be the case. People are likely desirous of starting with a "clean" slate, and Gore is too closely linked with Bill Clinton. Nevertheless it is too early to tell any of this. Once Gore begins to spin the country, Americans may worship him as they did Clinton. He surely must develop the pizzazz to woo them though. I will have more confidence in these numbers should several polls report them consistently over time.
