Typical prospectus BS. Two of the three IPOs Dirks & Co (the inexperienced underwriter) did are SFO & DGV, I'm not sure what the third was. Also, the prospectus only addresses the company not the experience of the people within the company in doing IPOs.

Glenn, LOAX is the kind of companies to which GSCO, MSCO, BEST's underwriting departments would not bother to return phone calls. So they settled for Dirk, a 16th tiered underwriting outfit.
