El, couldn't find consensus for Qtr2, but consensus for the year is 1.38. Subtracting the .15 for this qtr, and assuming .50 for qtr4 (10% increase over qtr4 '98), that leaves .73 to be reached in qtr2+qtr3.
If I'm doing this correctly, it should be safe to assume that qtr2 will be expected to come in at least double qtr1.

Hope this makes sense. Will try and check on what they reported for qtr2 last year.

El, Nelson's Consensus Earnings Database is showing consensus for qtr2 as .39, but I think that number was adjusted downward. They're still showing consensus for this qtr as .31!

I still think next qtr consensus should be around .30 per my previous post.

Hope that doesn't get adjusted downward in the morning ....
