more dollars is not always the answer. i believe money only masks the underlying problem. deep personal connections with role models (mother,father etc), not after school feel good programs.

* O/T * Our money goes into prisons. The U.S. is more concerned w/incarcerating bad people than identifying and helping them before it ever gets to that point. It's a sad fact. Also heard some bozo on the radio saying "it's not the guns fault, those kids could have easily walked into that school w/an axe". Could you EASILY kill 15-20 people with AN AXE?!?!?! Doubtful. Thoughts and prayers are definitely w/those people...
