Weelll, thatsa whut they say, ain't it? Though it's beyond me how some of 'em managed to turn black, and some of 'em managed to get short and squat, and some long and lean, and all the other different kinds there are, if'n we take that story serious. But the man is talking about nations, which are political entities, rather than genetically distinct races, so it seems to me he's asking for a history lesson. But if he's asking for all the nations in one lesson, he either has a high estimate of his teacher's patience and his own capacity, or he thinks it's a whole lot simpler than it is.
