Cap ex is starting to increase. After their earnings release, TXN said they are increasing cap ex (sorry, I can't find a link), as are the taiwanese. It's happening, just slower than anticipated. Once one company moves to smaller linewidths, the others must follow.

A month ago, Nikon was ordering more 5000 series lasers, meaning their inventory was way down. This was the biggest overhang.

The whisper number is a penny better than the estimate, meaning business is improving. With a positive CC, we should finally move.
