The ONEM net loss was a pro forma number and included a $73 million non cash charge for amortization of goodwill. The goodwill associated with the roll ups will be amortized over a three year period. On a pro forma basis, the EBITDA was $(806,500). Not bad, considering that ONEM will be able to eliminate redundant costs. Please take another look at the financial statements. Thanks.
