I know most of the people who own stock and they are just not selling the quantities that are trading. What's more, I have access to the shareholder's list, and the transfer agent is receiving very little stock for transfer. So somebody is way short. If this keeps up, we will ask all shareholders to have their stock put into their names and delivered to them. But that's what makes it a horse race.

Kerry, you also asked about the German company. I met them in January at a conference in Las Vegas and we have been talking since then. The 3 principles of the company are well educated young men (with advanced business degrees from prestigious universities in Germany) all in their 20's, that borrowed $8,000 from their parents a year and a half ago and went into business. Two weeks ago when my accountant and I went over there to do more due diligence (and collect all of the info we need to complete an audit so we don't have to face the delays we have had to face in the past) we found 22 smiling, full-time employees (and they are looking for 12 more) in a very attractive office space of approximately 12,000 sq. ft. Their banking statements appeared to be exactly as they had been representing them to us. My accountant and I were both very impressed, so we signed the letter of intent. And they were pushing us to do so, which impressed me. They want to do a deal. Things are progressing very rapidly with this group. So now you know just about as much as I do. I hope this has been helpful and I hope it works out for all of us. We are still on a very friendly basis with Netbilling and are still waiting for more financial info from their accountant, who is obviously a very busy man. I am trying my best to add value to DWNS.
