Mr. Pink,

I would like to take exception to you statements about UIHIA being cheap. Given the debt that UIHIA is carrying on the books; UIHIA is fairly valued in the $60 to $65 price. I base this on breakup value calculations that I have done in the past.

Also, UIHIA is primarily in the cable business and not the Internet business.

I think that you have provided an invaluable service to SI on your other calls, and UIHIA was a very good value when you first identified it.
