Hi Paul,

On a previous conference call, I heard that 95% of WinStar's
customers take an average of 3.5 DS0s, and the rest take all the
bandwidth they can afford.

On a similar note, a Canadian LMCS winner(WIC Connexus) dumped Newbridge in favor of Bosch Telecom to get more sub-T1 CPE choices(and better financing) See Feb 22 Cisco press release.

I hope the WCII 1Q conference call will give a clearer picture of
customer bandwidth requirements.
