Agreed.
Unfortunately most of our concerns are falling upon deaf ears.
Anyway,if the U.S Army,together with the NATO forces became involved in a ground war in Kosovo which seems to be a good possibility,more so than a few weeks ago.
If this would happen,this event could be just the catalyst for orders to be placed both by NATO and the U.S. Army.
