The write-off of LWIN warrants by QCOM is extremely positive for Leap. I'm sure that the Q wouldn't have done that without assurances that it would finalize FCC approval of LWIN's status in the auctions. I presume that this will also mean that the FCC will approve LWIN's take over of Chase Communications (Cricket). I expected the stock to react more favorably than it has. I'm not complaining but it will be interesting to see what happens when the official announcement is made by the FCC.
