Sorry if this is a repeat/re-post........, no time to catch up this a.m.:

DALLAS (April 20) BUSINESS WIRE -April 20, 1999--Massimo Da Milano Inc. (OTC BB: MDMI) announces they have completed a distribution agreement with Hobarama Corp., the parent company of BAWLS(R) Guarana (www.Bawls.com).

MDMI will offer Bawls Guarana high-caffeine drinks on-line via www.BuyMDMI.com and Java Centrale Internet Cafe's, powered by iChargeit.com, Inc. (OTC BB: ICHG). MDMI has also secured a sales agreement with Bawls, Inc. to distribute their product throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

BAWLS(R) Guarana is a new non-alcoholic high-caffeine drink available on the soft-drink market. The Guarana berry contains a naturally-occurring form of caffeine which is 2.5 times stronger than the caffeine found in coffee, tea, and soft drinks. The extract from the berry also imparts a sweet yet spicy fruit flavor to the beverage.

Bawls is uniquely positioned in the growing 'energy drink' market, and we are excited to be able to offer this new product to our customers."

"Bawls Guarana has already enjoyed enormous success in several young, energetic cities such as Miami and New York," explains Hoby Buppert, President of Hobarama Corp. "We look forward to expanding the distribution of Bawls Guarana into MDMI markets where it will undoubtedly become just as popular."
