The unfortunate experience you are having now from a customer satisfaction standpoint is exactly what TSIG.com must avoid if it is ever to succeed. I realize the basic problem of customers not receiving their CD's lies with the distributor (Valley Media) but IMO you should have at least received an e-mail apologizing for the delay.

On the bright side - at least this problem occurred before TSIG.com has a huge volume of orders coming in. Hopefully your CD's are on their way. :~)

Why are you investing in TSIG? You don't seem to be happy with this investment. Jeff
