A good read on convertibles...I think this may have been posted on SI before, maybe here. It clearly explained the danger of convertible debentures to me, so I am passing it along.

We have to keep in mind that the scenario this article presents MAY be going on here. Of course, it MAY NOT be. IF the those holding the convertibles are indeed shorting, it looks like (in my opinion) they want to make sure the stock remains under $.40 per share before the conversion based on trading patterns.

I have not been able to follow this thread much these past few months, so could someone let me know if the conversion date is known. Thanks.

Great news the other day. If TSIG makes enough money, the stock price will go up eventually. I will just keep holding and accumulating on the big dips.
