One last before I go. Is Darrel Piercy running the photocard office?

Is he working in the Irvine CA office in any capacity?

Having managed operations requiring fulfillment and customer inventory, it seems to me that 3000 sq ft of warehouse space is grossly inadequate to handle the volume that a national e-commerce company such as TSIG could generate. As far as the effort to reduce costs, it very well may be less expensive to outsource. For a "start up" company, it many times is more desirable from an expense and experience standpoint to let the "experts" handle it. Physical fulfillment of CDs and tapes is no easy and simple project, and certainly would require a facility much larger. Perhaps the fulfillment that they are referencing if only the Music Card. Any insight?
