DELL management has more important things to do! EP worried about stuff like this and not his business and look where it got him! DELL is to busy making us rich to worry about the media! just my opinion

I don't think Dell investors or anybody who follows the company closely are concerned in spite of the convoluted reporting of the press,I for one is least concerned. The man got over +300 million shares for crying out loud, he got to eat you know.

Tommaso, I don't like the employee stock option game. It is a scam. But that issue aside, there doesn't seem to be anything unusual about insider sales to suggest a problem at Dell.

Everey few months we get somebody on the thread pointing out the number of shares sold by Michael Dell, but the pattern has always been the same. I recall a study some time ago that pointed out that insider selling was generally meaningless, but insider buying was significant.
