G. Binder was on CNBC. I have enormous respect for the man and the job he has done but, man, he makes a terrible impression on the box. Looked like a startled doe caught in the headlights. Halting in speech, defensive, depressed-looking. Most aggravating, he always seems to precede talk about AMGN's drug pipeline with negatives like 'it's a small indication' or 'this one has a little advantage but not enough to grab market share' or 'they're too far out to register with analysts but we do have 13 compounds under study.' Expect some tiles to start falling from the ceiling but this is still a great company and a solid investment.
