I think it's pretty clear that the Serbs in Kosovo were killing the ethnic Albanians. Maybe nothing is black and white, but the shades of gray are pretty distinct, here.

Here is a collection of links on the Kosovo conflict. It looks pretty comprehensive. A lot of links to stuff like BBC and Washington Post, but looks like some pro-Serb links, as well. incore.ulst.ac.uk BTW, I don't support drafting your kids to fight there. I agree with Ish, send him to Canada. I knew a lot of people who did that during VietNam war. I don't know anyone who was killed there. (Ambiguous, could be Canada or VietNam, well, I don't know anyone who was killed in either place.)
