Firms Identified To Break Internet Naming Monopoly

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - America Online Inc. (NYSE:AOL - news) and a unit of France Telecom (NYSE:FTE - news) were among five organizations identified Wednesday as the first to be allowed to break a monopoly on registering several popular forms of Internet addresses starting April 26."
