Time for you to do some due-diligence, check old thread of micro-junkie, auto division-closed, insurance division-closed, mortgage company-?, why is everyone afraid to call the company and ask the truth? take your money and run. I thought this thread was to alert other investors to avoid hype, apparently the opposite must be true.

Not growth fund partners. She gave their attorney's number to call and they asked me to page Mr. Renzy. He returned my call and told me that the law suit was settled. Pager # 954-757-1212. He also told me to call MBHC's lawyer which I did and he will return my call. Bottom line is he said lawsuit is settled. I also got the court docket number and am in the process of looking this up. I will keep all informed. I'm holding mine and buying more if the slide continues.
