The way I see it is that:

1) You bought puts on QCOM.
2) He bought calls on QCOM.

The market voted. It doesn't know you or him, doesn't care about your bet, and this is not a card game.

Right now: He wins, you lose.

If you want to start a new game, it's up to you and Rick.
