Whys!: We could not hear the Q & A but in the presentation they apologised for not being able to give guidance in the CC because they were in office only 48 hours and had started a review: they promised to give guidance when they had finished the review. I guess this is how they will parry questions tomorrow at the shareholders meeting. I hope they make an effort to answer questions.

It doesn't sound much for an analyst to say "fundamentals in place" but given what a lot of them were saying only 48 hours ago, it is a nice solid base.

Whys1: Mark Specker of Soundview Technology on CNBC saying he was dissapointed with lack of specifics in CC.

He said he was disappointed in the lack of specifics about what went wrong in the first quarter. If this is the case, I agree. I can understand that forward-looking guidance would be minimal at this point because the new management has only been in place a couple of days, but they should have been able to provide more detail on Q1.
