Don't hold your breath, IMO. Our favorite management team probably figures that the problem is not that he got caught, the problem is that he got caught *because he wasn't clever enough*. The "action plan" in that case would not be to reform, but to be damn sure that the tracks are even more fuzzy in the future.

Totally agree. BODs have huge liability if they have not been probing the books. Good friend of mine had Livent fully analyzed as a fraud 2 years before it finally blew up. Those directors are now in deep do-do. Earl and Eck may find themselves squirming once the class action suits really come to a boil.
