hey kev;

I like this. The more you talk the more obvious it becomes that don't have a clue as to whats going on here. This is almost comical. Lets start with the funniest one..

<<Funny thing about that. All that's been made public, as far as I've ever heard, is what's going into it. We've heard your pie in the sky notions of the BILLIONS AND BILLIONS this JV is supposed to generate, yet I've never heard from you exactly what this JV is supposed to produce that's going to be worth that kind of money. A bunch of local ads? Yeah, that's a real big ticket item.>>

First it's not my pie in the sky expectations of billions. Thats strait from the mouth of Peter Boylan, Pres of TV Guide spoken on the CC announcing the JV with SRCM.

Second, the "local ads" you refer to have nothing to do with the JV, that is the remaining business left with SRCM. The IT Network will be a very big business on its own. The whole industry is after "local content" and if you can't understand the advertising possibilities to sell local advertising for print , tv, internet, then you are lost. Then again, that's how big money is made, understanding and seeing trends earlier then others. Thats how I already more than tripled my original investment in SRCM.

Third, and try and grasp this one as it's extremely important. Clearly YOU have no idea what the JV is all about but you're so sure it's meaningless. How dumb is that??? I'll make it simple for you. SRCM and TV Guide will be forming a JV to sell digital interactive services to cable and satellite co's WORLDWIDE. EVERYTHING, I REPEAT, EVERYTHING that TV Guide does that is digital interactive will be done thru this JV. Now if you doubt the potential market for this JV then that's your problem. Also, if you doubt that's how the JV will work, that's your problem too. If you know for a fact anything different I'm willing to listen and discuss it.

Next,

<<Funny, SRCM is being bought at $14.25 per share. No one's bought SRCM at that price since this JV thing was announced. So how can you say they're getting the "same terms"? Wouldn't the same terms be, well, $14.25? What kind of SMART money thinks paying $20 is the same as paying $14.25, and do they have any $20 bills they need change for?>>

You know if you'ld just shut up and listen you might learn something. SRCM sold down to 15$ a couple of months ago. I SAID I paid 15$ at that time. Clearly alot of other people paid 15$ and then up thru 21$. That's why the stock is now 21$. Comprende? The point is that TV Guide got a VERY cheap inside price because everyone feels that the combined JV will be huge and TV Guide wanted control. Fine, they can have it. Smart money has already taken advantage of that ridiculously cheap price. I know that leaves you out. You were one of the suckers that sold us those shares.

And last for now..

<<Okay, let's see if we can make something of this. Everybody wants to by SRCM "on the same terms as" whoever you say is buying them. They keep calling themselves "TV Guide", but if you want it to be Rupert Murdoch, knock yourself out.

Who owns TV GUIDE ??? I'll help you out again. News Corp owns 44%. Liberty Media owns 44%.

Who owns NewsCorp?? Rupert Murdoch.

Who owns Liberty Media?? John Malone.

Kev, do yourself a favor because you really are embarrassing yourself. Do a little digging. Think a little. Then when you know something post it.

You thought the JV was to sell local advertising!!!! Geez!!
