That's right, Richard. I forgot to mention I also own TRGC, an oil exploration company. Yes, "what a company" is an understatement. How did I get involved with TRGC? Good question. It went like this. It looked like Sid Sers, then CEO, had done it all. As a geologist, he visited Colombia on a Christian mission, handing out Gideon bibles. While down there he convinced himself he'd found oil. So he set up a Colombian company, Trinicol; and a USA company, Trinity Gas Corp. He then visited places like Harvard, MIT and places like this throughout all America, courting investors and raising money for TRGC. A stockpicker I liked, who did well for me on another stock, heralded TRGC. Thus I bought in. But Sid did other stuff too. He set up a Caymen Islands account, moved the TRGC money into it and began funding the Colombian Trinicol operation. How much did Trinicol get and how much did he get? I don't know. But when folks working for him discovered what he had done, they all quit and complained to the SEC. Two things happened afterward: a) Sid split never to return to the US to face the charges; and b) TRGC went into bankruptcy. As investors you can imagine how we all felt as all of our shares began looking like wallpaper. But a very competent shareholders committee was formed and became party to the bankruptcy and other legal proceedings. So out of this mess, was born a completely new company, Trinity Energy Resources (TERI). TERI is still trading as TRGC and still on the pink sheets, but this will change soon. I've commented a couple of times about TRGC on this thread, as it really is now a completely new company, under a completely new management and is just getting off the ground. The company just announced the opening of its first international office in Chad where it inked a deal, and is negotiating projects in Paraguay, Angola, Albania, Costa Rica and there was talk about something Russian. Here's the SI thread and the Trinity website: Subject 25138 209.238.49.107 Who knows what'll happen. But it's certainly a good stock to watch and track as it evolves through its rebirthing pains. So Richard, where is Sid? We'd all like to know. If you find out, please notify the SEC. Thanks.
