I did not hear the CC Q & A. Nothing in the presentation by Rosen & others, except that acting CFO Ben Wells said the following about Alta Vista: "As you are all aware we have made several investments in Alta Vista. These include the acquisitions of Shopping.com and zip2.com. For modeling purposes on a go forward basis you will need to factor in the goodwill impact of these investments. We estimate the impact for quarter to be 71 million or $.04 per share. Additionally we now expect an effective tax rate of 34% as a result of non deductibility of goodwill within our results."
