Margin Interest Rate Change

Effective May 1, 1999, Datek Online will change its
margin interest rate -the amount charged for borrowing
funds. The current 6.75% interest rate will continue to
apply to debit balances of $50,000 or greater. A new,
7.25% interest rate will apply to debit balances less
than $50,000.
