Let's cut to the chase, Shark:

1. Do you really think that Gerald Sklar's and Dror Morodov's disreputable backgrounds aren't a problem?

2. Do you by now wonder why it is that, though Kowpat's been calling rather desperately for some days, the company evidently can't come up with documentation of ownership of any mines by it or its subsidiaries?

There is, of course, much much more, but these seem to be the absolutely essential points.
