Teltran to Consider Spin-off of Teltran.com Web Portal NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 1999--In its continuing effort to enhance shareholder value, Teltran International (OTC BB:TLTG) today announced that it is considering the possibility of spinning off its web portal Teltran.com. "We will seriously discuss this matter at our next board meeting," said Byron Lerner, Teltran's President & CEO.
