Can some TA people confirm what I see in NEON... NEON busted the support on a double (triple?) top and is just now recovering to the baseline. I think it's a good time to short it... Haven't yet looked at other factors, just the chart. Any strong TA people have opinions? Any specific NEON info would be appreciated.
