I have learned that "Curtis Wenger" is in fact a bar-licensed attorney. Interested DCI shareholders should consider filing a grievance (complaint) with the bar in his State about his violation of U.S. Copyright laws when he posted (published) that Copyright © 1999 Business Wire news release verbatim. Message 9035784 Any complaints filed should also say if you feel this was more than just a copyright violation, but in fact a proactive event meant to destroy YOUR hard-earned investments in DCI. If any people believe this is so, IMO, the party may not only be disbarred, but he and his firm could be sued for damages either individually or in a class action suit. Full Disclosure: I am currently "lead plaintiff" in two class action suits, neither of which has anything to do with DCI. Colin
