Randy, just a question:

Godin sold 80,000 shares @ $6.50 about two to three months ago. Are you sugesting that he is selling more now? Do you know this or are you just speculating?

randy,

I agree that insider trading is an important indicator, but I find that the selling should not be as important as the buying. If you were Mr. CEO of company.com and you had 800,000 shares worth $20 or $30 dollars (16-24 MILLION DOLLARS WORTH) what would you do?? Personally, I'd sell them all and move to Mexico and live on a beach with a cold one in one hand and a sexy blonde (or two)on the other. The fact that Mr. Godin sold less than 10% at a lower level shows me he is putting his $$$ where his mouth is. As I've said before, Mr. Godin has CONSISTENTLY delivered on what he says. In my opinion, if he says that the co will be profitable by year XXXX then I believe him. If I'm wrong then so be it, but he'll be losing 100x more $ than I will. I see this as a great incentive for the MGMT.

BTW, lola, thank you at the same time for the information. Sharing of info is why we're here. I may not like everything I read, but thats how one makes an educated decision.
