How can this cause less of a price rise than the so-called business plan news? As soon as the involuntary bankruptcy was public knowledge we saw the price tank. Now that it's not a player why not a greater price increase? Am I being impatient, suspicious, or what? Thankful for the news but like Sam, a little leery

BE HAPPY,

WALLEYE

Sam - That is the reason why I said we are not out of the woods just yet. Let's all calm down now and realize that LONE still has the arbitration hearing. As MC indicated, LONE must now prove their case, and I think we all agree that they will win. Actually, what I really expect is TK will settle. Then and only then will we see the financials (IMHO). For that reason, the share price has not escalated as we want it to. When TK settles, hold on to the rocket ship.

Jens - Hold off on those hotel reservations until TK settles. Then get me a suite at one of those fine hotels there.

:)
