Quite possible, but by no means a certainty. However, it is certainly what we are all hoping. IMO, RG taking any more shares should be tied to the price of the stock.

I say let him wait a year to take any more shares on his loan. If the stock is at 2, let him take 1M shares, at 3, 2M shares, at 4, 3M shares at 5, 4M shares all at .15. Let that be the end of it.

If the stock is not at 2, let the loan be repaid from company profits.
