Alain Net Nanny signs distribution agreement with Freeserve Net Nanny Software International Inc NNS Shares issued 12,097,248 Apr 19 close $0.82 Tue 20 Apr 99 News Release Mr. Gordon Ross reports Net Nanny Software has signed a distribution agreement with Freeserve, the United Kingdom's pioneering free Internet service provider. Freeserve, which now has over 1.1 million accounts, will sell Net Nanny to its rapidly expanding customer base through its Internet portal at www.freeserve.net. Freeserve is wholly owned by Dixons Group PLC and was launched in September last year. It was the first company to offer a fully featured free Internet service U.K.-wide and is the U.K.'s fastest growing ISP. Net Nanny products are currently being distributed at the retail level through Dixons, Currys, PC World and The Link. With Freeserve, Internet users now have a highly visible and direct means of ordering Net Nanny directly from the Web.
